Silver and Gold Vermeil will naturally tarnish with exposure to the air and environment. Here are my top tips to maintain the beauty of your jewellery.

• Avoid any chemicals and harsh cleaning agents.
• Apply creams, lotions and perfumes before layering up your jewels.
• Polish your solid silver and gold regularly with a soft cloth impregnated with jewellery polish.

• When not wearing, store in an airtight container, Zoe Jane jewellery box or linen pouch. 

 
Gold Vermeil

These little babies need extra care so please treat them gently, avoiding all chemicals, perfumes and no rubbing!

• If you feel you need to give your vermeil a little clean, use a very soft toothbrush with warm soapy water. When dry give a super gentle polish with a soft polishing cloth.
• When you start to see silver appear through the plating, pop me a message and I can re plate for you at a small cost.  
• Keep your Vermeil stored in a separate box to avoid scratches and bumps from your other jewellery.

If you are a gem lover you gotta keep them safe and sparkling!

•  Regularly check the stone setting for any worn settings and loose stones.

• Gently clean with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water.
